The Chocoa festival is all about taste. Of course you’ll learn all about making chocolate too, meet passionate chocolate makers and hear great stories about the many bars available. About sustainability, fair trade or like at Rokbar, about women in the chain.
But you mainly go to the Chocoa festival to taste. The taste of chocolate depends on the origin of the cocoa and our beans come from Peru. They have been made into a bar by Shattell, a chocolate maker from Peru who has won many prizes. The second batch of Rokbars from their hands have arrived.
